We keep Stock in a USA fulfillment center for next day shipping so you get your order within 2-4 days, or can be 1-2 weeks and in rare cases it can take longer.

When you place an order with Engraved Edge, you’ll receive a confirmation email right away with an order number. This is automatically sent so if you don’t see it then Please check your spam/junk folder or verify your email address to make sure it is correct. You can use the Order Tracking link on our website to track the progress of your order.
Keep in mind that on special custom orders, pre-orders, occasional bad weather, and shipping company delays can slow down orders an extra week in some cases.

Yes, we ship worldwide. During checkout, you will be provided with a shipping price for your order.

Keep in mind we are unaware of your local laws and you, the customer, assumes all shipping risks. Once the package leaves our hands there is nothing we can do from that point. All international mail is shipped via USPS or FedEx International. We will do our best to help in minimizing custom duties and taxes. Note: Customers are responsible for all customs and duty fees when bringing products into their country.

We provide you with shipping costs for the best domestic modes of shipping at time of checkout. Our shipping prices are based on the exact quote of major shipping companies to ship from the fulfillment warehouse(s) to your address. We do not make a profit on shipping.

Absolutely. We are proud to servicemen and women in uniform by shipping to APO and FPO addresses. Military discount is 10% off of regular prices. If an item is already marked down more than 10% then that discount will supersede the military discount. The current promotion is $40 off of regular price so that is 30+% discount off regular price and will be the only discount applied to your product.

No. Our system provides the convenience of ordering without an account however you will need to enter your billing and shipping information to place your order.

If you decide to return an item, then you pay the shipping cost.

The money-back guarantee applies to the cost of the actual product, so the original shipping price you paid will not be refunded*. However, you WILL be reimbursed for return shipping cost.

* Items purchased originally with free shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund

Unfortunately, in the above situation, we are only able to issue a refund if the item is returned to us. If so, we will issue a full refund minus shipping fees and costs.

If you are not happy with your order, we are happy to accept a return or an exchange at no cost to you. We will credit your full purchase price for each item in the returned shipment to the credit card used to make your purchase.

Merchandise must be returned in sellable condition, and you must contact us via email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) within 60 days of receipt. After receiving a Return Authorization (RA), you will have 30 days to return the item back to us.

Our Free Returns & Exchanges policy does not apply to orders being returned from Alaska, Hawaii, or international locations and APO/FPO locations, or custom-made personalized orders.

Each Engraved Edge knives order comes with a customized tracking code, which will be emailed to you once your order ships and will allow you to track your order progress. You may also use the Order Tracking link above to track your order.

You should receive your replacement within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, most replacements will be applied faster.

This time period consists of the transit time of the item being returned to us (5 to 10 days), the time it takes to process the return (3 to 5 business days) and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days.)

We will notify you via email of your replacement/refund request once we’ve received and processed the return.
